How can I see my TikTok LIVE chat while gaming on one monitor?
Use an overlay. proyeet puts your TikTok LIVE chat, gifts, follows and likes in a see-through window on top of your game, so you read chat without alt-tabbing or buying a second screen. You type your TikTok username and press Connect.
Do I need a second monitor?
No. proyeet is built for streamers with a single screen: a laptop, or a desktop with one monitor. The chat sits on your game screen and you can drag it anywhere.
Will it work with my game?
proyeet works with games that run in windowed or borderless (fullscreen windowed) mode, which is how most PC games and the usual TikTok LIVE Studio capture setups run. Games locked to exclusive fullscreen can hide any overlay, so switch the game to borderless.
Do I need to log in to TikTok or share my password?
No. You only enter your public TikTok username. proyeet never asks for your TikTok password.
Does proyeet show me who sent gifts?
Yes. Gifts appear with the sender, the gift and how many. A gifter pop-up shows each gifter for a few seconds so you can thank them on the spot, and new gifters queue in the same spot.
I do not play games. Is proyeet still useful?
Yes. proyeet keeps a ranked list of your gifters, a list of your likers and every comment grouped by viewer, with avatars and names. You can scroll the gifter list on air to thank people, then review all three lists privately after your LIVE.
Is proyeet only for gamers?
No. Gamers on one screen are who it was built for, but anyone who goes live on TikTok can use it to see chat and gifts clearly and to review their LIVE afterwards: your gifters in order, your likers, and your commenters with what each one wrote.
Can I see who gifted, liked and commented after my LIVE?
Yes. The recap lists your gifters in order, then your likers and your commenters, each with their avatar and name, and the comments show what each person wrote. It is private to you and stays on your computer.
Can viewers see the overlay?
Only if you choose to show it. The overlay is for you. At the end of your LIVE you can open a shout-out list of your gifters to show your audience, then a private recap that only you see.
What do I get from the free trial?
The full app for 48 hours of LIVE time, with no card. Only time spent connected to a LIVE counts. There is one trial per account and per computer.
How does the $19 plan work?
One payment of $19 gives you 30 usage days. A usage day is a 24-hour window that starts the first time you press Connect. Connect ten times inside that window and it is still one day. Days you do not stream cost nothing and they do not expire.
Is it a subscription that renews every month?
No. It is a one-time payment for 30 usage days, not a monthly charge. If you only stream 4 times in a month, you used 4 days and the other 26 are still yours. The app shows a renew card only after all 30 days are used.
What happens when the trial or my days run out?
The app stops connecting and shows a Please upgrade to keep using screen with a link to the payment page. Nothing of yours is deleted.
Does proyeet work on Windows and Mac?
Yes, there are builds for Windows and macOS.
How many computers can I use?
Up to 3 computers on one account, with one live session at a time. This keeps one purchase from being shared around.
Is proyeet made by TikTok?
No. proyeet is an independent product by Rafael Rivera and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.
What if TikTok changes something and it stops working?
proyeet can detect when the chat connection breaks and sends an anonymous notice so the problem can be fixed quickly. No chat content, usernames or personal data are in that notice.
