Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: your email and a password stored only as a one-way hash.
• Licence and usage: your free trial time, usage days, the dates you pressed Connect, a random device code and a one-way hash of your computer details. We use this to run the trial and the usage-day plan and to stop one purchase being shared.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status and amount. We never see your card number.
• Break notices: if the TikTok connection breaks, the app can send an anonymous notice with an error type and app version. It contains no chat, usernames or personal data.
• Security logs: IP address and time for sign-in attempts, to block abuse.

What we do not collect

• Your TikTok password. The app only asks for your public username.
• Your chat, gifts, viewers or recap data. They stay on your computer.

Cookies

One session cookie keeps you signed in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing

We share data only with Stripe (payments) and our hosting and email providers, as needed to run the service, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing the address on the site. Some payment records must be kept by law.
